I have always been fascinated by human thoughts, emotions, and behavior. This interest naturally led me to pursue a career in psychology. I hold a master’s degree in psychology and pedagogy, and I continually update my knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support to my clients.

I have extensive experience as a psychologist and counselor in both educational institutions and corporate settings. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, and I have coordinated support system activities. Through this experience, I have seen firsthand how essential trust and a safe relationship are for meaningful change to occur.

In my practice, I use elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, creative therapy, and metaphorical card techniques—tools that help individuals better understand their thoughts and emotions. People come to me when they want to gain deeper self-understanding, find support and balance, or cope with life’s challenges.

I am naturally warm, empathetic, and calm, and I enjoy working collaboratively—step by step, at your pace. I value time spent with family and appreciate opportunities to travel, walk in nature, and practice yoga. These activities help me maintain inner balance and peace, which I strive to support in others as well.
